The World Is But A Canvas To The Imagination

Hello to all!  I hope everyone is keeping warm and sipping on some hot coffee or cocoa.

Just wanted to take the time and share a layout that I did last month, but just hadn't taken the time to publish it.  I had a scrapbooking disaster this evening and ran out of tape runner!!  I know.......scrapbookers nightmare.  That put a hault on everything!  Which is not good.....I decided this year I would make my mom, mum and two grandma's their Christmas gifts...........so being in this jam is not good, to say the least; it brings my production numbers way down lol.

I've been wanting to join a kit club for the longest time and so I finally did in November. My first scrapping kit came from a site I came across through another site blog (you know how that goes) but I was very disappointed with what I got for the amount of money I paid for the kit; for that reason I won't share the site blog/kit club I am referring to. They have several add-on options with each kit but they too in my opinion are over priced. Lesson learned! Needless to say, I did however paid for the kit, so I might as well put it to use. The kit came with the monthly sketch if you so desire to join in "Their" monthly challenge.

Thus far, I have made 2 layouts. The kit is super generous with the amount of paper you get (double-sided).  As for my second layout, I will post early next week.  I am waiting for photos to arrive via USPS so that I can adhere them to my layout.  My second layout will also be my take for the Challenge Me Happy Challenge #12 .
